- put aside ten minutes in the afternoon for quiet time
- any time in the day, find a way to go outside and experience
nature
- play with a pet, even if it’s not your own
- ask a child a question and listen closely to the answer
- if it’s nice weather, lower your car window and crank
up the music
- call someone you love who lives far away
- buy a sandwich and offer it to a homeless person
- do something good for the planet and experience universal
joy
- change the sheets on your bed, take a shower and moisturize;
now slide in naked
